Orders & shipping How long does delivery take? Most orders ship within 1–2 business days and reach metro cities in 3–5 business days. Tier-2/3 cities may take 5–8 business days. You'll receive tracking by email and SMS once your order is dispatched. Do you ship outside India? Not at the moment. We ship across India only. How do I track my order? Sign in and visit /account to see live status and the courier tracking link. You'll also receive shipping updates by email/SMS. Do you offer Cash on Delivery? Yes, COD is available on most orders up to ₹5,000. A small COD handling fee may apply at checkout. Returns What's your return window? You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unworn, unwashed, with tags intact and in original packaging. How do refunds work? Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. COD refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit. Are there items I can't return? Innerwear, swimwear, accessories and final-sale items cannot be returned for hygiene/policy reasons. Please check the product page before ordering.
